Mushroom Ricotta Toast

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 tbsp olive

  • 4 cloves minced garlic

  • 2 tsp dried thyme

  • 2 tsp Potli Sriracha

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 slice of sourdough, toasted

  • 6- 8 tbsp ricotta

  • Fresh thyme for garnish

Directions:

  1. In a pan, sauté olive oil, mushrooms, garlic, garlic, Potli Sriracha, thyme, salt, and pepper for 4-5 minutes or until mushrooms are cooked through.

  2. On a toasted slice of sourdough, spread a generous layer of ricotta, and drizzle a small bit of olive oil.

  3. Top with mushroom mixture and garnish with thyme.
