Hey there!👋 I'm Fel, and I'd like to share a tale with you about the creation of Potli.

Potli's journey commenced with a clear purpose. Upon returning to the East Bay after completing my undergraduate studies, I found that my father had started beekeeping. In search of alternative remedies for my mother's autoimmune condition, he harvested hyperlocal honey with antihistamines to alleviate her allergies and subsequently control her asthma. Imagine my upbringing! Within this family environment, I observed the importance of food as medicine. This viewpoint formed the foundation for our company; we have committed ourselves to promoting the belief that food can be medicine to the world.

There was never a scenario in which my conservative Asian immigrant mother would smoke a joint with me. However, I was aware that cannabis' anti-inflammatory properties could be highly beneficial to her. Thus, my college bestie and I infused her honey with cannabis, leading to the creation of Potli's inaugural product. To this day, we continue to harvest honey from my parents' backyard, expanding to more than 50 hives in the East Bay! This demonstrates our deep commitment to responsible sourcing and transforming the negative stigmas surrounding cannabis.

At Potli, our roots lie within our culture. Presently, we offer an array of essential foods such as olive oil and apple cider vinegar, infused with sun-grown cannabinoids from the Emerald Triangle. We honor our heritage with our chili oils and srirachas. Today, we are also a proudly diverse team of international women! Hailing from South Korea, Spain, Los Angeles, and the Bay Area, our group of women and allies turn this dream into reality. We source all of our functional ingredients with genuine intention from our own Californian backyard, and our greatest desire is for these artisanal kitchen staples to become part of your everyday rituals and routines.
